Certis's central system, with built-in AI.
Each department worked with its own software, and cross-referencing data between projects, purchasing or staff was manual work.
We are building their central system to measure: it syncs all their programs and, from a dedicated interface, absolutely everything is managed.
Its AI reads invoices and records them on its own, brings in unstructured data and answers like an assistant any question about projects, orders or people, among other functions.

Energy and construction · Entec Green
A voice assistant for site meetings.
Every meeting decided on changes, deadlines and owners that then had to be written up by hand, and some of it got lost along the way.
The app records the meeting on site, tells each speaker apart even with background noise, extracts agreements, owners and deadlines and produces the minutes in the company's format. Afterwards, anyone can ask it what was decided in any previous meeting.

To bid in tenders, the team priced every element of the project by hand against its internal database.
We developed the tool that interprets and prices each line item using the contractor's history. It was the origin of Budquo.

Who is behind it
We founded Diip AI in Barcelona in 2023. Every project is led by the partners, from the audit to go-live.
Economist. He leads client relations and Diip AI's strategy, and is the company's voice at industry forums such as those of Fundació ITeC.
Engineer trained at UPC. He leads the development of Budquo and has presented it at Construmat and REBUILD.
What does Diip AI do?
We analyse your company's processes, identify which ones can be automated with artificial intelligence and build the custom software that does it, integrated into the tools you already use.
How is it different from using ChatGPT or another AI tool?
A generic tool answers questions. We build software that works with your documents and your data, with quality controls, permissions and support, so that it works every day and not just in a demo.
Which processes can be automated with artificial intelligence?
The ones that repeat every day and take up hours of skilled people: estimates and quotes, invoices and delivery notes, minutes from a meeting recording, customer service, information search or monitoring a plant through its cameras.
Do you only work with construction companies?
No. Construction is our speciality and we created Budquo for it, but we have projects in industry, energy, hospitality and the public sector, and we look at any sector with repetitive processes.
What is Budquo?
Budquo is the AI construction estimating software we have developed at Diip AI. It generates prices and cost breakdowns from each company's history. It was named best startup at Construmat 2024.
